Note:

In order to access your TeleVisit successfully, you will need a webcam and speakers.

 

Step 1: Log into your email
Step 2: Click the link provided in the confirmation email or on the homepage of your Portal

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 3: Click “Submit Vitals” to skip through entering vitals. You do not need to enter vitals.

Step 4: Perform Compatibility Check. Once complete you will see an orange “Proceed” button on the bottom left of page

 

Step 5: Click “Start TeleVisit” and wait for your provider to join.
