We have recently updated our Broken Appointment Policy. Please review on our Practice Policies page.
If you are out of your medication, or running low on your last refill, CALL US! Most often, it means that you are due to follow up for an appointment, blood work, or your annual wellness visit. Please call our office directly to request your refills, do not rely on the pharmacy to do this. Pharmacies can often have old prescription information on file for you, and since all refill requests require research into your medical history, blood test results, allergies, and require approval by your doctor, it is quicker and more efficient for you to call our office directly. Thank you.
